A Journey in Sicily between Classicism and Baroque
The Civic Museum of Noto is composed of two sections: one is archaeological, bringing together the unearthed findings in the excavations of Notoโs ancient site. The other is artistic; a gallery of contemporary art, made a reality thanks to the donation of works by the sculptor, Giuseppe Pirrone, who is nationally recognised. You can admire sculptures of all kinds, produced in various materials ranging from terracotta to gold.
